What to expect

Discover two of Portugal’s most celebrated flavors in one relaxed and memorable late-afternoon experience. Guests begin by preparing their own refreshing White Port and Tonic (non-alcoholic option available), the perfect moment to start getting to know the other participants and settle into the atmosphere in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

They then join a fully hands-on Pastel de Nata class designed for all levels, with clear guidance and a comfortable pace so everyone feels confident and at ease. From shaping the pastry to filling and baking, each step is explained in a simple and approachable way, ensuring an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

While the pastries bake, enjoy an approachable introduction to Port Wine, tasting two distinct styles and learning how fruit, ageing and time shape their character and complexity.

The experience concludes with freshly baked Pastéis de Nata paired with both Ports, exploring how sweetness, texture and aroma interact in different ways. More than a class or tasting, this is a sensory celebration of two iconic Portuguese flavors — shared, discovered and enjoyed together.
