Sedona Private Hiking and Yoga Experience

Sedona, USA

3 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English

Most Sedona tours take you past the red rocks. This one asks you to stop, breathe, and actually feel their energy.

The combination of guided ecotour and open-air yoga class is rare anywhere — and rarer at Red Rock Park, amongst Sedona's powerful vortex energies, where the landscape itself becomes part of the practice. Your instructor blends Katonah, Yin, and Restorative Yoga into a single session shaped around the group, not a fixed script, so no two classes are exactly alike.

The hike is intentional, not incidental. You move slowly, at Sedona's pace, to be present with the flora, the geology, and the sounds of mother nature. The meditation and deep rest at the end of class aren't an afterthought — they're the point, connecting the physical movement to the specific energy of this land.

Small/medium-group format keeps the experience personal. You finish where you started, with the rest of your Sedona day still ahead of you.

What to expect

Spend your vacation time among Sedona's red rocks on a guided hiking and yoga tour designed to leave you genuinely restored. Your guide leads you through the desert landscape past native flora with views of two of Sedona's most celebrated vortex sites — Cathedral Rock and the Airport Vortex — before arriving at a stunning open-air location for your yoga class.

The class draws from Katonah Yoga, Yin, and Restorative traditions, tailored to the group on the day. It closes with a short meditation and breath-work session to help you settle into the peaceful energy this land is known for. After class, you continue along the trail back to the starting point, with the sounds of nature doing the rest of the work.

The hike is beginner-friendly and accessible. No experience with yoga or hiking required — just show up ready to slow down.

You'll leave with more than a memory. You'll leave re-centered.
