What to expect

We will start off this class with a quick introduction to the method.

The class will begin with a warm-up that will include dynamic stretches and mobility exercises, and then some combos to create some flow and body-mind connection.
Following off with the main workout, which will always be full body and only body weight,.
Finishing our session with specific stretches, the ocean sound, and maybe a jump in this clear and calm ocean.

The natural method is a technique similar to animal flow. We will unlock your hips, build up upper and lower body strength, and strengthen the core.

We will practice full-bodyweight training while we enhance our flexibility and body-mind connection. This method is designed to improve strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for everyone, from beginners into fitness to professional athletes.

It’s a fitness class with flexibility and longevity as the main goals.
