Meeting and pickup
We will always be in touch with you during your transfer process. Pick-up times can be flexible +/-15 minutes due to bad weather and heavy traffic conditions. Our guests will be accepted into the transfer vehicle after completing the identification process. Our drivers will meet with you at the general lobby of your hotel with a name signboard and a checklist.
