Here you will see and hear firsthand the history of our largest export and the care and expertise that goes into creating what we call "the water of life" as you are taken on a tour showing you every part of the distillation process and enjoying a couple of generous drams to end your Top Scottish Day Tour in great spirits. You will then be returned to your ship in good time for boarding and Bon Voyage

Your tour begins with a visit to one of the country's most iconic locations. Stirling Castle, atop Castle Hill in Scotland, is a historic fortress known for its military significance and royal connections. Key features include the Great Hall and Royal Palace. It played a crucial role in the Wars of Scottish Independence and was the coronation site of Mary, Queen of Scots. Today, it is a major tourist attraction. It has a stunning garden and magnificent views over the surrounding area which also features the William Wallace monument and Stirling Bridge the scene of his greatest day leading the Scots to victory over English forces in 1297.
