Meet Zahra at Dar Toda, a peaceful desert oasis guesthouse in Zagora. Start with Moroccan mint tea, then join her in preparing traditional dishes like tagine, or couscous, fresh salads, and berber homemade bread Made in clay . zahra will show you all the moroccan spices and herbs that she use in her daily cooking life, learn Berber cooking secrets, and enjoy your meal in a beautiful oasis setting. A relaxing and authentic cultural experience in the heart of the desert.

in zagora we have the local market two days per week ( sun and wed ) you can have a tour with zahra in the local market and buy all the vegetables and spices that you will need during you classes
