- Infants (under one year old) are free of charge but do not occupy a seat.
- Due to heavy traffic, we recommend taking the subway to the Theatre. Please ensure you arrive on time, as there will be no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Please present your reference number and name at the Chaoyang Theater ticket window 30 minutes before the show to collect your tickets.
