Learn how to make Nigiri, Gunkan and Roll sushi with an English speaking Sushi chef here in Tokyo. You can also learn about history of sushi. While you making sushi, he also explain not only how to make but also type of fish and little about each fish characteristics and its life in the ocean.

What to expect

Come and join us our hand-on experience making real "Nigiri-zushi" here in kappodo kitchien studio with an active sushi chef!
He could show you how to make "Nigiri-zushi" step-by-step with explaning how and reason why generously.
There is no reason not taking this workshop if you are interesting how to make sushi by yourself with no doubt.

Itinerary:

-Welcome drink Water/Green tea

-Demonstrate cutting and decorating fishes right front of you by English speaking chef

-Making Nigiri-zushi by the chef with English explanations

-You making Sushi with the chef standing right front of or beside you with instructions

-7Nigiri-Zushi followed by one Gunkan-style and Thin roll

-You cut the thin roll into 6 pieces and it's time to place sushi you made Commemorative photo

-Enjoy your Sushi with cool drink with little extra if you'd like

-You can ask the chef about questions you have anything related to Sushi
