The Temple of King Dinh is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the founder of Vietnam's first royal dynasty, while the Temple of King Le honors King Le Dai Hanh, the founder of the succeeding Early Le Dynasty. The temples are built in the traditional "Dinh" layout, with the main hall dedicated to the king and side halls for the queen and loyal officials, featuring intricate carvings of dragons, phoenixes, and symbolic motifs showcasing the artisans’ craftsmanship. In terms of spiritual significance, Vietnamese people view the worship of these kings as a gesture of gratitude and respect for those who established and defended the nation.
