Then let yourself be guided to the Thau pond, famous for its exceptional oysters. Meet a local oyster farmer, learn traditional oyster farming methods, observe oyster farms and enjoy fresh oysters with a glass of wine, facing the lagoon.
Your Guide, Laurent de Oc Wine Tours, will share with you local traditions, history and anecdotes, for a cultural experience between vineyards and seaside.

I will be waiting for you in front of the tourist office of Béziers. My van is black with my company logo, please introduce yourself 10 minutes before departure.

From our meeting point at the tourist office of Béziers, at 10:00, after about 40 minutes of travel, we will go to a winery called Picpoul de Pinet. After visiting the estate, we will taste the wines of the estate, including the famous Picpoul, an iconic white wine, fresh and fruity, ideal to accompany seafood. The tour and tasting in this area will last about 1 hour

2Etang de Thau
From our estate, after a 20-minute drive, we will go to the edge of the Thau pond, famous for its exceptional oysters, where we will discover the traditional methods of maturing at an oyster farmer or we can enjoy fresh oysters accompanied by a glass of white wine facing the pond and overlooking the oyster garden and the city of Sete. Duration about 1h20. Then return to Béziers at around 13:30, the return trip is about 40 minutes.
