Meeting and pickup
Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport (MCO), please contact us to confirm the pickup area.
The JJ Transfer driver will be waiting at the baggage claim area or at the meet & greet area, holding a sign with your name.
Each passenger may bring 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on.
Pickup will begin within 30 minutes after landing, with an additional 60 minutes of waiting time.
If the passenger does not make contact within this period, it will be considered a no-show, with no refund.

What to expect
The pickup will be reconfirmed with you prior to the scheduled service date.
For airport pickups, we will be waiting in the designated pickup area holding a sign displaying your name.
Drop-off will take place at the specific location indicated in your reservation.
After your flight lands, you have a grace period of one hour and 30 minutes to meet our driver. If this waiting time is exceeded, our No-Show Policy will apply.
No-Show Policy: This policy takes effect if more than 1 hour and 30 minutes have passed since the scheduled pickup time and the passenger has not met with us.
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Child car seats and booster seats* are available upon request at no additional cost.
