Meeting and pickup
For airport Pick Up: When you arrive at the airport, contact us to arrange your pick-up area! Your driver/representative will be waiting at the baggage claim zone/ meet and greet area with a sign with your name. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Pick up starts within 30 min of flight landed and we will wait for another 1h, otherwise, a no-show will be applied and it will be non refundable For Hotel pick up: Meet at the lobby within 15 minutes prior pick up time 20 min after pick up time, a no show will be applied, it will be non refundable For any other location: We will contact you to set up the best location, non show rules applies (20 min)
What to expect
Pickup is double checked with you prior reservation date. For airport pick up, we will be waiting at pick up area with a sign with your name. Drop off will be at designated location.
After flight landed, you will have one hour and 30 minutes to meet our driver, if waiting time is expired, a no-show will be applied. No-show policy: no-show will be applied when exceeds 1:30h after pick up time and you haven't met us. In case of no-show, no refund will be made.
*We have car seat and booster seats available upon request at no extra charge.
