What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The JJ Transfer driver will be waiting for the passenger at the baggage claim area of the terminal corresponding to the flight, holding a tablet with the passenger’s name.
Our service monitors the flight in real time, so the driver will be on site as soon as the passenger lands.
We kindly ask that, after collecting their luggage, the passenger looks for the driver holding a digital sign (tablet) displaying their name.

What to expect
Pickup is double checked with you prior reservation date. For airport pick up, we will be waiting at pick up area with a sign with your name. Drop off will be at designated location.
After flight landed, you will have one hour and 30 minutes to meet our driver, if waiting time is expired, a no-show will be applied. No-show policy: no-show will be applied when exceeds 1:30h after pick up time and you haven't met us. In case of no-show, no refund will be made.
*We have car seat and booster seats available upon request at no extra charge.
