After about an hour’s scenic drive through olive groves and rolling countryside, you'll arrive in a place unlike anywhere else in the world. Accompanied by your expert guide, you’ll explore the two historic UNESCO-designated districts: Rione Monti, with its charming maze of over 1,000 trulli—the town’s iconic, whitewashed stone houses topped with conical roofs. Rione Aia Piccola, a quieter, more authentic neighborhood where about 300 trulli are still used as private homes, offering a rare glimpse into traditional local life. As you walk the cobblestone lanes, you'll learn about the history, legends, and unique architecture that make Alberobello a true gem of southern Italy. After the town visit, your journey continues to a local cheese farm.

Your guide will lead you through the farm, where you’ll see how the cows are ethically raised and how their fresh milk is transformed daily into creamy mozzarella using traditional, time-honored techniques. You'll also hear the heartwarming story of the family behind the masseria, whose passion keeps this authentic craft alive.
