What to expect

Start your trip with an introduction to the Saint Denis Basilica spire reconstruction project.
Under the guidance of our mediators, you will explore the complex art of bas-relief, learning to use the hammer and the chisel.

At the same time, attend blacksmithing demonstrations, discovering the blacksmiths' techniques and tools.
With each blow of the hammer, you will reveal the beauty hidden in the stone, bringing to life the spirit of the cathedral builders of old. Our workshops are interactive, allowing participants of all ages, from 6 years old, to get actively involved.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to take home their own creation. Whether you are looking for a unique experience to share with friends or family, our stone sculpture workshops and blacksmithing demonstrations offer a memorable and enriching experience in front of the Basilica of Saint-Denis, necropolis of the kings of France.

Join us and discover the timeless art of stone sculpture while contributing to the legacy of architectural heritage, enriched by the tradition of blacksmithing.
