The pizza with thin fried tofu is recommended for those with wheat allergies or those with sugar restrictions.
Japanese Natural Remedy -Ganmodoki-
Deep-fried tofu with seaweed or beans. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Stir fried pork, bamboo shoots and green pepper.
Bamboo shoots are in season in spring. They stimulate the flow of blood and cool excess heat in the body. They are also effective for acne.
Potage soup with carrots and potatoes.
Carrots are healthy for the stomach and intestines and effective for eye problems. It is also effective for anemia as it produces blood.
Meat rolls with wild vegetables.
The bitter taste of wild vegetables expels toxins from the body. Eat wild vegetables in early spring in order to welcome an active spring.
Steamed white fish and aromatic greens.
Ginger, chives, shiso leaves, and other aromatic greens help relieve depression and drain excess water from the body.
