Saijo boasts a rich sake brewing tradition, thanks to its ideal climate and abundant underground water sources. Seven breweries continue to produce high-quality sake using traditional techniques. Indulge your senses as we visit different breweries to learn more about the history and production of sake. We will also explore the beautiful spring waters that are essential to their brewing process.
Take a break in a cozy cafe that was renovated from a traditional Japanese house. Indulge in a cup of coffee meticulously brewed with the same crystal-clear water used in the art of sake making.
The tour is scheduled to end at 3:30 PM at Hiroshima Station.
