What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please arrive 10 minutes before the starting time. Our friendly staff will welcome you and guide you into the woods to begin your truffle adventure. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join the truffle hunting activity.
What to expect
You'll start by following Niccolo', an expert truffle hunter and his trained dogs (Lagotto Romagnolo) through the forest in search of fresh truffles. Then, take part in a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make traditional fresh pasta and a classic Italian tiramisu with an Expert Italian Chef.
After the class, sit down to enjoy a 4-course lunch featuring the truffles you found, paired with local Tuscan wines.
Along the way, you’ll learn about truffle hunting traditions, Tuscan cuisine, and local ingredients.
All of this takes place at Tenuta Armaiolo, a historic estate surrounded by enchanting nature, where deer, wild boars, and other animals live freely in harmony with the land.
