3 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English and 1 more

On our food tour in San Sebastian, you will discover and experience the city like a true local.
During the tour, which lasts about 3 hours, you will have the opportunity to stop at different venues and taste the typical pixtos that the city has to offer. Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a local food expert, a local "buddy" able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
The itinerary runs through the center of the city so while you taste the city's most traditional recipes, you can stroll through the historic areas and admire the beauty of the city itself.
Our tour is a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way for showing local culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend.
Our tours are in shared groups, but groups are up to 12 people max because we want to keep the experience as authentic and intimate as possible.

Have you ever tried the Basque cheesecake? It's a true symbol of the Basque Country. This cheesecake is very different to American cheesecake. It is very creamy, almost like custard and it is burnt on the outside, which adds a bit of caramel flavour to it.
