Your private surf lesson is run through our local surf school, Manza Surf, owned by Abdullah, our local head coach, and Eva, the German heart behind Manza Surf - and of course supported by our two amazing instructors Hmad and Yassine.
Unlike large surf sessions, our lessons are fully personalized and adapted to your skill level, pace, and individual goals—helping you progress quickly and feel confident in the water!
Our coaches are ISA-accredited and have many years of experience teaching and surfing in Taghazout, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and well guided throughout your lesson.
Whether you are a solo traveler, a family, or a group of friends, we welcome everyone to surf with us, learn, experience and share some good vibes!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will meet at a central meeting point in Taghazout to go get your surf equipment and start your lesson. From Agadir taxi station you can take a taxi to Taghazout (30 min) that brings you right to the centre, same as the nearby villages like Tamraght and Aourir (10-15 min from Taghazout by Taxi).
What to expect
Your experience starts at Taghazout Square, where you’ll get a fitting wetsuit and surfboard that matches your skill level and the wave conditions. From there we head to the beach together and get you ready for your first waves!
Before entering the water, we will guide you through a short warm-up and explain the basic surfing techniques as well as important safety tips. Then it’s time to paddle out!
In two hours your instructor will guide you to either catch your first waves or improve your surfing.
With personal guidance in the water, you’ll quickly gain confidence and enjoy the experience of riding your first waves.
All levels are welcome!
