Itinerary

    Meet your guide in downtown Juneau where you receive you will get checked in. There will be a quick introduction to the tour before you load up and head out on your adventure.

  • Mendenhall Glacier (Pass by)

    You will drive through lush and green forested roads on your way to a view of the Mendenhall Glacier.

    You will stop for a view of the Mendenhall Glacier that few visitors to Juneau experience. From this vantage point you see the entire glacier and see how it flows from the ice fields down to the lake. From this viewpoint we often see eagles and marine life as well.

    At the trailhead you will spend a few minutes getting grounded in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest. From there, you'll begin our journey down to trail while your experienced guide talks about the wide variety of medicinal plants of the forest.

    At the bottom of the trail, the forest opens up onto a beach with an amazing view of the ocean and majestic Alaska mountains. Here you and your guide will find the perfect spot for your guided mindfulness session.

    Now it's time to hike back up the trail and load up for the trip back into downtown Juneau. The drive takes you back through the lush green forested roads into the heart of Juneau.

    Back in downtown Juneau, you'll end your experience at the Crystal Saloon with a meal fit for a king! Here you'll enjoy soup, salad, and a cocktail prepared especially for you by a local Juneau chef.
