When you leave the terminal with your luggage, you will see two bars on either side right/left, beyond that you will see a row of 13 large umbrellas. Your driver will be waiting for you at umbrellas 9 and 10, he will have a sign with your name on it.

What to expect

Upon receiving your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email containing your reservation information and itinerary. During the pick-up, we will be waiting for you at the Los Cabos International Airport. When your flight lands, you will have to go to get your luggage and then go outside the building, where you will find a row of umbrellas numbered 1 to 13. Your driver will be waiting for you at umbrella number 10, with a sign that will say your name. The driver will take you to your reserved vehicle, which can be a Suburban or a Van, depending on your reservation. Your driver will take you to your destination hotel that you have booked. You can ask the driver for any information you want.
