You will learn about the ingredients, and their origin and also try the vegetables, cooked in a very simple way, they are part of our cuisine and its roots. Our special cheese is "queijo coalho", to have that you will learn a delicious pineapple pepper jelly that goes together, and also "camarão na tapioca " (deep fried shrimp). Since the desert needs to cool off you prepare that first, "brigadeiro" is a traditional sweet, easy to make, and popular in any Cafes you visit in Brazil. For the main dish you marinate the fish, or prawns, or seafood, which will be part of the "moqueca". The side dishes for that, also prepared, are Brazilian style rice, "pirão", "farofa".
