We use high-quality, organic, and Demeter-certified ingredients for a sustainable and healthy preparation. Learn to make authentic Tortelloni, Ravioli, and Romagnol Cappellacci and enjoy regional Italian wines.

Our courses are full of fun and guaranteed to be educational – you will learn a lot while having a great time! Each participant will be actively involved in the entire cooking process and can enjoy all the dishes and drinks prepared, without any additional charges. The meeting point is easy to reach if you take tram 11 in the direction of Aesch and get off at the "Loogstrasse" stop. After getting off the tram, turn right at the corner and walk approximately 100 meters. The number 10 is displayed at the top left of the garage.

What to expect

Discover the secrets of Romagnola, Pugliese, and Abruzzese cuisine in a local's home with this private half-day cooking class. Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch—choosing betw. egg-based doughs like tortelloni, ravioli, or traditional semolina and water pastas like orecchiette, cavatelli, trofie, or spaghetti alla chitarra.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll shape, cook, and season your handmade pasta with sauces prepared in-house. Along the way, you’ll get expert tips on tradition and technique to confidently recreate everything at home. After the class, enjoy a full Italian dinner—starting with a rich aperitivo, your freshly made pasta, and a traditional or vegan dessert, all paired with excellent local wines.
