‍⏰How the Service Works:
✅After Booking Confirmation
• Our operation team will contact you via WhatsApp using the phone number you provided. Please note that we can also assist you through LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Viber, or Telegram. Kindly ensure that you provide the correct phone number and indicate your preferred messaging platform so we can collect the mandatory documents required for the service.
• Mandatory documents include passport details, visa information, and flight schedule (flight number and arrival/departure date)
• Our operation team will send detailed instructions with step-by-step guidance and an image of the meeting point. Please follow all instructions carefully to ensure a smooth service experience.
✅On Scheduled Date
✈️For Arrival:
• Upon landing, please proceed to the International Arrivals Hall.
• Our staff will be waiting to welcome you, holding a sign with your name. You will then be personally escorted through the priority immigration lane
⚠️ Important Notice: Please remain in the VIP line at all times to ensure uninterrupted service. For airport regulation, our staff cannot accompany you beyond the immigration checkpoint.

✈️For Departure:
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• Meeting Point: Entrance Gate, 1st Floor – Phu Quoc International Departure Terminal
• Kindly complete your airline check-in independently. When you are on your way to the meeting point, please send a message to your service contact, and our staff will promptly come to assist you. For Super VIP Departure with Fast Check-in, our staff will assist you from the check-in counter.
• If you expect to be late, please inform us by message before heading to the airport.
