In the winery, we focus on the technical part: explanations of methods and choices, we decipher here the genesis of the wines, from the harvest to the aging, passing through the vaulted and centuries-old cellar of the estate.
The Chapelle des Thorins then opens its doors, with 4 wines available for tasting: 3 cuvées, including 2 parcel selections from the terroirs presented at the beginning of the visit, on the current vintage, as well as a cuvée on an older vintage, to appreciate the “vintage effect” on the wines.

Meeting and pickup
The Château is located at a street crossing 300m from the Moulin-à-Vent. We will pick you up in the courtyard of the Castle at the time of your appointment.
