Experience a sense of mystery as you explore this abandoned village. Peek inside ruined homes, spot ancient artifacts and enjoy sweeping desert views. Khaba Fort is a ruined citadel set amid a barren desert village. It’s an architecturally impressive landmark full of eeriness, history and mysticism. Wander the dusty streets lined with crumbling houses and almost devoid of human activity. Khaba Fort dates back to the 13th century and was once an important part of Kuldhara, a village inhabited by Paliwal Brahmins. Sometime during the 1800s the residents fled the village and left behind a ghost town. Climb the staircase to the fort’s entrance and imagine a time when it was the focal point of a prosperous village. Admire the turreted towers, elegant windows and intricate latticework. They serve as a testament to the artistic talents of the Paliwal Brahmins. Walk along the ramparts and enjoy uninterrupted views of the village below and the surrounding countryside.

After one hour Jeep ride you will reach to camel point, where you meet your camel driver cum guide *Start your camel ride adventure, guided by experienced camel handlers. *Explore the scenic desert landscapes and take breathtaking view of Thar Desert. *Witness the mesmerising Desert Sunset with freshly cooked Snacks and Masala Chai. *Enjoy fresh dinner cooked over open fire in front of you. *Setup your sleeping arrangements under the stars in open sky (Mattress, Clean Bed Sheets, Pillow, Pillow Cover, Blankets). *Spend the starry night listening the sounds of Desert. *Wakeup early to witness the sunrise from your sleeping spot. *Light Breakfast and Camel ride for one hour. *Say farewell to your camel companions and drive back Jaisalmer city around 09:30/10:00 AM
