Please provide your full pickup address and a valid phone number when booking to help us coordinate your pickup smoothly. Our driver-guide will meet you in the lobby or entrance area holding a sign with your name or our company logo. If you are arriving by cruise ship, please include your ship name and arrival time. We will be waiting for you just outside the port exit. If you are staying in a riad or private apartment, we will arrange the closest accessible pickup point and confirm it with you by message before your tour.
