Arrival at our family Finca located in the heart of the Sierra de las Nieves Park (protected by UNESCO).

Welcome aperitif: beers & wines from the region, tortilla española and salad.

Introduction & History of paella while enjoying the aperitif.

Show-cooking paella: Our Maestro Arrocero starts preparing paella right in front of your eyes.

Tasting seafood paella in a friendly atmosphere, under our pergola overlooking the mountains.
