    Your safari begins with a 5:00 AM pick-up from your accommodation in Kigali, followed by a scenic 2.5-hour drive through Rwanda’s beautiful countryside to Akagera National Park. After park registration, embark on an exciting game drive across the savannah, searching for elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife. Bird lovers can also spot remarkable species such as the Shoebill, African Jacana, and Red-faced Barbet. Enjoy a relaxing bush picnic lunch surrounded by the wilderness before continuing your afternoon exploration of Akagera’s diverse ecosystems. Your expert guide will share insights into the park’s wildlife, conservation efforts, and natural heritage. Later, begin the journey back to Kigali, arriving with unforgettable memories before being dropped off at your accommodation or Kigali International Airport.
