We meet guests right at the water's edge on El Dorado Beach (also known as "Lakeview Commons") next to the boat ramp. If you type in Lakeview Commons into maps, it'll lead you to a parking lot with restrooms. Walk down to the water from here.

Tour start times vary as the days get shorter. We aim to launch this tour 2 hours before sunset.

Sunset is one of the most beautiful times to of day to experience Lake Tahoe. On our Sunset Kayak Tour you will head out onto the Tahoe's crystal clear waters with an experienced guide, who will teach you basic paddling skills, and tell you about the history and ecology of our unique environment here at 6200' in elevation. Our launch spot at Lakeview Commons is a great starting point to access the beautiful wildlife refuge of the Upper Truckee River and Secret Beach, as well as sweeping views of Tahoe's tallest mountain peaks.
