History, culture, food and wine, territory... this is an immersive and sensorial experience like no other, just a few minutes' drive from Lecce.
We will open the doors of our historic home surrounded by nature to take you on an in-depth journey into the history of the local community and the food and wine excellences of Salento. We will immerse ourselves together in ancient times, pampered by food, wine and the telling of peasant stories and legends. We will visit historic vineyards and observe the rich spontaneous flora, on a sensorial and gustatory journey.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Once you enter the main gate, follow the signs for the car park. We will welcome you right here, in the parking lot, at the tour start time.
What to expect
Guided by Giorgia, sommelier and winemaker, you will explore the vineyards and ancient gardens of the Casina, discovering wild (seasonal) herbs and Salento viticulture, in a pleasant walk of about an hour.
The tour continues in the ancient wine production site, with tools still working, where you will taste three excellent wines combined with a rich and tasty aperitif of typical products, carefully selected by our local suppliers.
