What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We offer pick up only from accommodations located within Chiang Mai’s Old City or within approximately 1 km of the Old City moat. Hotels located beyond this area, including neighborhoods such as Nimmanhaemin or locations on the opposite side of the Ping River, are not eligible for hotel pick up.
If you are not staying at a hotel within our pick up area, the designated meeting point will be in front of the Burger King at Tha Pae Gate (eastern city gate).
Important:
The exact pick up time will be sent via private message on the booking platform one day before the tour.
Depending on the number of participants, hotel pick up will take place between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM.
Please check your email carefully (including your junk or spam folder) the day before the tour to avoid delays or missed departures.
As our tours operate on a group basis, we kindly ask everyone to be on time. We can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After the 10 minutes grace period, the guide will start with the tour.
If you’re unable to make it on time, please inform us before the tour starts. If possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available day. Please note that a rescheduling fee will apply.
If your accommodation is outside our pick-up area, the designated meeting point is in front of Burger King at Thapae Gate (eastern city gate) in Chiang Mai

2Chiang Dao Cave
Explore the cave with the local guides with a lantern. Chiang Dao cave is an attractive and biggest cave in Chiang Mai. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.

- Two passages inside the cave are quite narrow and you will need to crawl through them. This hike through the cave is not recommended for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia.
