What to expect

After checking in at the shop and all equipment has been loaded, guests will be transported to Koloa Landing, the training area and dive site. Participants will be given a detailed briefing about the fundamentals of SCUBA diving, including basic theory, safety, equipment use, and underwater communication. Participants will then have the chance to practice several core skills and get comfortable in the water with the SCUBA equipment. Now it's time to dive! Our max depth is 40 ft, and each dive is approximately 30-45 minutes. If you choose the 2 tank (2 dives) option, you will explore two distinctly different sections of the reef, conditions permitting.

The skills you learn will also help prepare you for the Open Water Diver course if you choose to later become a certified diver.

Once finished, your instructor will transport you back to the Dive Shop to process your successful course completion.
