    Serengeti National Park

    Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from Arusha Airport. You will join your safari group in a shared 4x4 safari vehicle equipped with a pop-up roof for optimal game viewing. The drive to the Serengeti is long, approximately 6 to 7 hours, as you traverse the scenic Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way, you will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA), where you'll make a brief stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint to take in the breathtaking panoramic view of the caldera before continuing on. You will enter the Serengeti National Park via the Naabi Hill Gate, enjoying a game drive en route to the Seronera area, the heart of the Serengeti, which is famous for its abundance of big cats. You'll arrive at your accommodations in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight, listening to the sounds of the African bush under a blanket of stars.

    After an early breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti, the best time to spot predators such as lions and cheetahs returning from a night hunt. The soft morning light also provides excellent photography opportunities. Later in the morning, you will begin your scenic drive from Serengeti toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with wildlife viewing along the way. A picnic lunch will be served during the journey. In the afternoon, you will arrive at the Ngorongoro crater rim and proceed to Simba Campsite, which offers breathtaking views overlooking the crater. The cool highland air and dramatic scenery make this a memorable overnight experience. Dinner will be served at the campsite.

    Drive to Ngorongoro and transfer to Arusha

    Ngorongoro Crater

    Today is dedicated to exploring the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site often called "Africa's Garden of Eden." After an early breakfast, you will descend 600 meters (2,000 feet) into the caldera for a thrilling game drive. The crater floor is a contained ecosystem that is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the rare Black Rhino, lions, elephants, hippos, buffalo, and a wide variety of birdlife. You will spend a substantial portion of the morning and early afternoon exploring this natural wonder, aiming to spot the "Big Five." Your group will enjoy a scenic picnic lunch near the hippo pool before beginning the ascent out of the crater. The safari concludes with a final drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport for your onward travel.
