Complimentary shared transfers is available from hotels, apartments, and cruise terminals (Port Rashid and Dubai Harbour) in Dubai Mainland. Kindly ensure that your address details are correct, pick-up and drop-off addresses will not be allowed to change once the booking is confirmed. Drop-off will be at the same location as the pick-up without exceptions. Kindly ensure that you are ready and waiting in the lobby area at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
