What to expect

Live an authentic experience just 30 minutes by train from Termini Station.
In a renovated old cellar from 1750 located in Frascati, after a brief introduction to the area, you will have the opportunity to taste local cheeses, cured meats, and porchetta accompanied by two different glasses of Frascati DOCG wine. With your favorite wine, you can create the City Spritz, a local refreshing and enveloping cocktail.

To enhance your experience, you can also create another drink. Our bartender will guide you step by step in making another cocktail of your choice from the selection provided, explaining the use of the professional equipment.
