I will pick you up on my LEXUS at your desired location, preferably within 5km of the center of Tokyo. Then we will go to Kawasaki and Shinjuku by car. We will contact you to custom your tour after your booking. The tour will be about 3 hours then I will drive you back to your preferred location in Tokyo. About a 4-5 hour activity in total.
If you decide to meet at Tokyo Station please come to the Marunouchi North Exit Car rotary where we will pick you up on a LEXUS for the tour.
We will go to the slums of Kawasaki. An area that you would not believe is Japan. Very old history of Korean ancestors were discriminated and forced to live in this slum area. The community still exists and many people still live here. The tour guide is very familiar with the city so there is no danger of getting lost or getting in trouble. Very safe but hard to believe slum scene to be seen even in the most beautiful city of Tokyo.
Then we will go walk around the red light district of Kawasaki. Surprisingly most stores are open 24hrs of the day, and neon signs are lit from the morning. We will just walk around to see the interesting signs and stores serving all sorts of service.
We will go to Shinjuku Kabukicho but not the regular tour course. We will go behind glamorous city view and walk around the ghetto and slum and red light districts. The tour guide is very familiar with the city so there is no worry of danger. It is Japan so everything is pretty much safe but you will see the dark sides of Tokyo never shown a lot in the media.
