What to expect

we will cook one of the most traditional dishes of the Island "Alcatra" we will also make bread, all in our wooden oven, we will have a great view and have some local starters while waiting for the Alcatra and for the bread. you can walk around the property, see the bees, fruit trees, pick any if in season.
