Pickup details:

Pick up between 6:45am - 7:00am. You do not need to be a hotel guest to select from the available hotel pick-up locations. Simply select the most convenient location and wait at the front. City Departure is at 7:00am and return to your pickup point is usually 6pm -7pm. Kindly include your best contact method so that we can reach you on the day of the tour if necessary (email and/or phone)

    Step into a captivating wine experience at Drayton’s Family Wines, the oldest continuously operating winery in Pokolbin (est. 1853), where tradition and quality converge. Guided Estate Tour – Wander through 170 years of winemaking heritage, led by expert guides who bring the Drayton family story to life. Behind-the-Scenes Access – Get up close to the winemaking process, including the chance to taste wine straight from the tank—an insider’s perspective seldom offered elsewhere. Underground Cellar Museum Wine Tasting – Descend into the atmospheric cellar museum and enjoy a six-wine tasting in this historic, tunnel-like setting that immerses you in both flavour and history. (only available Mondays to Fridays; alternative behind the scenes access for Saturdays/Sundays)

    Set high on a picturesque hill in Pokolbin, Bimbadgen - meaning "Place of Good View" in the local indigenous language - is a renowned Hunter Valley estate famed for its sweeping vineyard panoramas, architecturally striking bell tower and an immersive wine country experience. Here you will enjoy the tastings of 6 wines and there's more than just wine; you can also explore the working winery from a vantage point above the production floor.

    Ben Ean, Scottish for "Mountain of Pleasure", is a reimagined wine making estate in Pokolbin that captures over 174 years of Hunter Valley history, previously known as Lindeman's Estate. Now under the stewardship of the McGuigan and Peterson families, the property has been lovingly restored, blending heritage and modern elegance across its cellar door, restaurant, Still House and more. Here you will taste the diverse lineup of exceptional wines, including offerings from Peterson's Wines, Savannah Estate, Lisa & Neil McGuigan Wines, Weerona, SOMM, and perhaps exclusive Penfolds selections. Notable, Ben Ean is the only cellar door in New South Wales where you can taste the illustrious Penfolds Grange, served using a Coravin system and in Riedel glassware. (optional extra fees apply)
