In this culinary workshop and tasting event, you will create delicious traditional mojos from local, fresh ingredients and enjoy the authentic taste while listening to entertaining commentary on the recipes. You will discover all the secrets of the iconic Canarian dish, "papas arrugadas con mojo" (wrinkled potatoes with mojo sauce).
We are located in the truly historical village of Chirche in South Tenerife. The event will give you an insight into the fascinating world of taste pairing. The instructor of the workshop is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as a head chef on cruise ships. The workshop includes hands-on activities. Refreshments are available during the event.
