Derived from an ancient merchant route hub this unique blend of aboriginal, African, European, and American influences has created the famous cornerstones of Canarian kitchen.
We are located in the historical village of Chirche in South Tenerife. The instructor is Chef Ave, with her long-standing experience as the chef de cuisine on cruise lines. The workshop includes hands-on activities. Refreshments are available during the event.
