What to expect

I’ll take you from Chefchaouen to Akarat village, where you’ll be welcomed with a warm smile and traditional coffee or tea made by the family. As you sip, I’ll introduce you to the local culture and share stories of life in this beautiful region.

Next, we’ll head to the family farm to gather fresh, organic ingredients for our meal. You’ll pick vegetables, herbs, and spices from the garden, experiencing the true “farm-to-table” lifestyle.

Together, we’ll cook a delicious Moroccan lunch from scratch, learning how to prepare dishes like tagine, couscous, and local salads, guided by skilled family members. This hands-on session is filled with laughter, storytelling, and culinary secrets.

We’ll gather for a family-style meal, sharing the dishes we prepared, accompanied by freshly baked bread and seasonal fruits.

After lunch, choose between two activities: Option 1: Mule Ride in Nature, exploring stunning landscapes with panoramic mountain views. Option 2: Amazigh Bread-Making Workshop, where you’ll learn the art of traditional bread-making from family members.
