We'll pick you up at your location in Rome city center at your Hotels, B&B, at 8:30 AM From the Port of Civitavecchia your driver will meet you under your ship at 7:30 am or 8:00 AM Your Driver we'll have a signboard with your last name printed on it. From the Airports Leonardo Da Vinci or Ciampino airport let us know the landing time. If the tour starts from Rome the drop off will be in St. Peter's Square at the end of the Day in Rome ( this is for the 7 hours tour from Rome ) For additional car disposal or transfer back to the hotel in Rome after the tour please ask for availability after booking (extra cost). From the port of Civitavecchia we'll drop you off under the ship around 5:00 or 5:30 PM on Time depending on the ship departure. The catacombs are among the greatest and most important of Rome. They originated about the middle of the second century and are part of a cemeterial complex which occupies an area of 90 acres, with a network of galleries about 12 miles long, in four levels, more than twenty meters deep.
