The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF) at Radisson Blu, New Delhi is an Indian specialty restaurant offering a unique dining experience to its guests. Using recipes combining the ancient with the contemporary, TGKF brings delectable kababs from all over the Indian sub-continent. At TGKF, you will experience mouth-watering kababs prepared in seven different styles, roasted on the tandoor or on a sighri (clay oven), shallow-fried in a tawa or a mahi tawa (circular griddle), deep-fried in a kadhai (deep frying pan) , steamed in pots, or grilled on a stone.

Meeting and pickup
Dinner 1900 to 2345 hours. Hotel pickup commences 1 hour prior to reservation at the restaurant. Lunch 1230 to 1445 hours (ONLY ON SUNDAYS) Hotel pickup commences 1 hour prior to reservation at the restaurant.
We may pick up travelers from city center hotels / fixed point wiithin city limits. In case pick up is outside central points extra cost shall applicable subject to distance applicable.

Kebabs in India trace their origin to the influence of the Mongols who invaded parts of North India in the 14th century. Back then the kebab was just meat sprinkled with salt and barbequed. Soon, it caught the fancy of Indian chefs who turned it into an art form. At The Great Kabab factory, a different menu is set for each day and guests are served unlimited servings of each dish, either vegetarian or non-vegetarian. Besides the signature kebabs such as the Galauti and the Burrah, the meal comprises of Dal, Biryani, a selection of Indian breads and the best of seasonal vegetables and desserts. Unlike the traditional buffet where you have to get up and help yourself each time, at TGKF elegant service is delivered to your table serving one dish at a time. You will be picked up from your hotel in an air conditioned vehicle to this award winning restaurant. At the end of your meal you will be transferred back to your hotel.
