This area has been dubbed "golden" because of the vast wealth of cultural and historic treasures to be found in these three cities. From the majestic Taj Mahal in Agra to the fascinating abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, this golden land beckons with the mystery and complex cultural drama of India. During your private 6 day excursion, you will see a number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites as well as the Chand Baori Step Well in the village of Abhaneri.

Welcome to India’s capital city! Upon arrival, you will be met and escorted to your hotel. Kindly Note : Hotel check in time 1400 Hours
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Old and New Delhi. The morning begins with the historic Red Fort,
Raj Ghat
nd the mile-long Chandni Chowk bazaar of Old Delhi.
The afternoon is dedicated to New Delhi and the Humayun’s Tomb,
Qutab Minar,
Birla Temple
, and a drive along Rajpath.
After breakfast, you will be driven to Agra (about 4-5 hours). Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the afternoon, you will have a half day sightseeing tour of Agra. This will include a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Agra Fort
followed by a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Taj Mahal for a sunset view. (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri & Abhaneri. Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted city built by Emperor Akbar to commemorate the birth of his son. The audience halls, palaces and mosques are still in a state of perfection.
Abhaneri is known for its 'Baori' or step well which was built by the natives to harvest rain water. The Baori was used as a cool place of retreat and as a water reservoir during dry times of the year. Chand Baori remains one of India's deepest and largest stepwells. Later drive to Jaipur.
Visit the mountain fortress of Amber where you will be ascending to the fort by jeep. Amber Fort (UNESCO) is a superb example of Rajput architecture with its complex of palaces, temples and ornate apartments.
Later, on our city tour of Jaipur, you will visit Hawa Mahal, City Palace and the ancient observatory,
Jantar Mantar.
After breakfast, you will be driven back to New Delhi. (about 5 hours) (B)
