As you enter the temple you will notice the large number of marble pillars that surround you. There are 1,444 pillars in the temple, each with its unique carving. No two pillars are alike and they are erected in such a manner that the central shrine of the temple is still visible from all corners of the temple. What is more, the pillars change color during the course of the day. They turn from golden to pale blue as the day passes.

The interior walls are covered with intricately designed carvings. Do not miss the beautiful carving of 108 heads of a snake made from a single marble rock. In the prayer hall you will find two large bells, each weighing 238 pounds.
