This experience includes separate cooking class options, not cumulative experiences. Choose the Pasta & Gelato option to make fresh pasta from scratch with local chefs, seasonal sauces and gelato or sorbet tasting. Choose the Pizza & Gelato option to prepare Roman-style pizza dough, add classic toppings and enjoy a chef-led gelato demonstration or tasting.
After your selected class, sit down and enjoy what you prepared with unlimited wine for adults and soft drinks for children. All options include fresh ingredients, apron, cooking utensils, digital recipes and a Graduation Certificate.
Vegetarian guests are welcome with advance notice. Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the class.

Choose the Pizza & Gelato option to make Roman-style pizza from scratch with a pizzaiolo chef. Prepare pizza dough, add classic toppings, bake your pizza and enjoy a chef-led gelato demonstration or tasting.
