What to expect

Join us for a fun and immersive experience where you’ll learn to make one of Italy's most iconic foods: pasta! Guided by our professional chefs, you’ll master the art of crafting a delicious egg pasta dough that can be transformed into various pasta shapes. You'll create two traditional pasta types, paired with two fresh, seasonal sauces to complement your dishes. The chef will also share tips and tricks to help you easily recreate these recipes at home!

While your pasta dough rests, you’ll have the chance to participate in a gelato-making demonstration. Discover the history, traditional ingredients, and techniques behind one of Italy’s most beloved treats. The chef will also offer insights on finding the best gelaterias during your travels in Italy.

At the end of the experience, you’ll receive a digital recipe booklet so you can share these dishes with friends and family. Vegetarians are warmly welcome, as we offer vegetarian options. Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or intolerances, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
