Belgium is the country of the beer and breweries. Bruges is no exception to that with the visit of the Straffe Hendrick brewery and a beer tasting of 4 local beers, ofwhich 2 in the oldest pub of Bruges ; the Vlissinghe (1515). The beers are paired with small food dishes.
