After the first stop, we’ll head to one of Rome’s most beloved fry shops: a tiny yet unmissable spot known to locals. Here, golden, freshly fried delights are prepared nonstop, and you’ll taste the city’s iconic supplì: crispy on the outside, rich and gooey on the inside, and simply irresistible.
Rome is famous for its norcinerie—traditional shops specializing in top-quality local cured meats and cheeses. We’ll stop at one of these historic spots to enjoy a carefully selected board of typical products, perfectly paired with a good glass of wine.
