    We will meet in the square where Porta Pretoria is located, the starting point of our walking tour to explore the region's rich gastronomic tradition.

    On our way to the first stop we pass the historic city walls. In an old cheese shop in town, you get to taste some of the local Aosta Valley cheeses. Simply delicious!

    Passing through Piazza Émile Chanoux we walk to the second stop, where we will taste a platter served with a local wine: a rich platter of jambon seasoned in juniper and genepy, lard d’Arnad PDO, chestnuts in syrup with honey, a traditional cured meat named mocetta, local cheeses, white and black bread. And a glass of local wine, of course.
